Chia Berry Jam

I used up all of our store bought jam the other day. Normally this wouldn’t be a big deal, but I just made a fresh loaf of bread. This is my first attempt at chia jam. Pretty darn tasty, and oh so easy!!

I used about 1 1/2 c frozen berry mix. 2-3 T tart cherry juice, 2 T chia seeds and 1-2 T coconut sugar. Defrost berries in the microwave. Pour berries and their juices into a blender or food processor. Add juice, chia seeds and sugar. Blend until puréed. Pour into glass jar and refrigerate.
