Pizza Pizza! I love pizza, but rolling out the dough can be a sticky situation, especially when using gluten free dough. After making the dough according to directions, I divided the dough and placed each half on parchment paper and covered with Saran Wrap. Then, using a rolling pin, shape your pizza. If you don’t have a rolling pin, you can use a large glass or even your hands to press out. Make sure you remove the Saran Wrap before adding toppings and baking.
***My dough is speckled because I used flax meal as the egg replacer. It actually give your pizza dough a richer flavor.
