Roasted Cabbage Steaks

Roasting cabbage definitely enhances the flavor of an average stir fry.  Slice cabbage into 1/2 inch steaks and brush each side with a mixture of olive oil, minced garlic, sea salt and pepper.  Roast cabbage steaks at 425 for about 30 minutes, flipping half way thru.  I sautéed vegetables with olive oil, minced garlic, minced fresh ginger and liquid aminos.  Rice noodles added another layer of flavor, or you could serve over rice.
